The Third Person of the Holy Trinity - Father, Son and Holy Spirit. He is the LOVE that emanates from the Father and Son. And God's love creates, sustains, and animates.

The Holy Spirit is who we should call upon in any moment where we feel we need God's presence and assistance in our lives.
