Penitent heart

The foundational state of our hearts. Humble in knowing Whose we are, our limited abilities when we separate ourselves from our God, and how weak and sinful we are. A penitent heart is receptive to all the graces our God desires to give us each and every day. Jesus Christ is Lord!
