Time spent in adoration before a Tabernacle or the exposed Blessed Sacrament is the most unique experience we can have. We go with no expectations, nothing is asked of us; we just sit with the Lord and be with Him. Our bodies are at rest, and our minds can wonder or be guided by Jesus.
