God can heal...

...all of these wounds; and everything else in our lives. We only have to ask Him. We may also want to seek out a member of clergy or laity who can lead us in the specific healing prayers. From there we can receive the graces to make changes in our lives for our good and the good of those we encounter. Glory be to the Father!
