It's not what we say, but how we say it. In our talking with our God - Father, Jesus, or Holy Spirit we don't need to say a lot of words. No words we can say are sufficient. It is in spirit we talk with God and hear God. We need to sit in quite, empty ourselves of thought, and allow our spirit to do the talking. Jesus Christ is Alive!
We typically think of Judas as Jesus' betrayer. But in all reality, anyone who sins betrays Jesus from lesser to greater degrees.
We receive a bounty of God's graces without cost every day. He asks us to share likewise. And yes, that it includes His suffering.
